My Girls Are Three Years Old, I Am Much Older

Yesterday was Jordan's and Scout's three years old birthday. We celebated at home with a cake. I attached a few photos of the twins at the table. Annabel gave them a blow up slide and pool that nearly fills our little patio area. The girls love it. I will post a photo later. As an added bonus I included two pieces of original art created by Jordan. She actually drew both works and named one "Angry" and one "Happy". Jordan came up with the names too when she brought the items for me to look at, she told me the name of each drawing.

Tomorrow we travel to Boulder for Courtney's wedding. Everyone is very excited. All the girls in my house have lost weight for the ceremony. I have nothing to say about myself. The wedding is Sunday and then my family is staying the rest of the week to vacation in Colorado. See you in the poorhouse. Our love to all.

Front Flowerbed Update

I think it was after Sandy left, yes it was because she definitely was not here to help with this one, that Mom wanted the flowerbed in the front of the house cleared of the overgrown grass.  Then she wanted some sort of border treatment that would keep the grass from encroaching on the flowerbed.  So, with the help of some other slave laborers, Jimmy and Robert, we cleared the weeds and grass and then today I laid down some stones that Mom picked out from Lowes.  Looks really good and best of all, Mom is completely happy with it.

MOM on Mother's Day

Sandy was here last weekend doing some cleanup work around Mom's place and I am here this week doing some cleanup work.  Things are beginning to look much better and with a little effort on the part of all of us we can keep it that way.  And Mom appreciates our help oh sooooo much.  She just smiles and comments on how nice things look.
