The Rock Wall

David and I are building a rock wall with all the rocks from our yard. Okay...we did have some help from our amigos. This must have been an Indian community because our neighbors have found lots of arrowheads. David and I have not found any yet...but we can't see that great.

So, tell me exactly why you need a wall like that? Do you live in an underdeveloped area of Georgia? Do you live in yet another bad neighborhood that is declining much like the last one. For a stone wall it doesn't look very tall. Are you only planning on keeping children off your property or maybe the homeless paraplegics? I suppose the next thing you will be adding is a moat to keep out your neighbors.

It just never ends, does it?

A stone wall adjacent to your property is very typical of an old family homestead although your homestead is quite new. It is a great touch to a front yard and an entry way to create interest and charm. It looks great and will only get better over time!
