Julie, Sandy and I dropped in to Collins to visit with Mom this week and also celebrate my official retirement from the rat race.  We have had a great time and look forward to doing it again real soon now.

We also had a chance to visit grand dad's old home on Seminary-Willow Grove road.  It was nostalgic to see the place where we once spent so many good times.

Julie also got to experience some real southern cotton pickin' fun.  Read that as she stole some cotton balls from a field.

Here are a few pictures from our visit.

Well, everyone in the group was either retired or pretending to be retired. And you can figure out who was real and who was the pretender.

Shirley, your day is coming and I'm telling you, it is way better than working for a living.
